About to mark its first decade in Portugal, and in contrast to the sector, Keller Williams Portugal closed 2023 with a turnover of 56 million euros, which equals 2022, “KW’s best year ever in our country,” the company said in a press release.

The year 2023 was also one of growth in its consultants’ business, with an increase in the number of sales by 20%

The same press release states that of the 30 KW Market Centers throughout the country, five closed the year with a turnover of more than three million euros and 10 exceeded the two million mark. This was helped by the increase in the average number of consultants per Market Center, currently at 88, and the growth in the number of associates in territories such as Faro and Aveiro, or the Autonomous Region of Madeira, where it is the market leader, both in terms of number of associates and turnover.

“The results of the ‘Growth Share’ income distribution program were once again an added value for all those who contributed to the growth of the network,” the company also said, noting that at the end of the 2023 fiscal year, more than one million euros had been distributed to Keller Williams Portugal associates.

n

“Implemented in 2014, the Growth Share program has already distributed 5.2 million euros in our country, two of which in the last two years,” said the same note.

Marco Tairum also stressed that “this will once again be a challenging year for the sector and that’s why we remain committed to delivering more and more value to our consultants, creating the conditions for them to strengthen and consolidate their businesses. Experience in other territories, particularly the United States, has taught us that times of change are an opportunity for growth and gaining market share. These results of ours are proof that it’s possible!”

Since its implementation in Portugal in 2014, and through the Growth Share program, it has distributed 5.2 million. Two million in the last two years alone.
