Keller Williams Portugal released its results for the first half of 2024, where it reported a new turnover record of more than 30 million euros, equivalent to a 17% increase over the same period last year.
The first half of 2024 also saw an increase in the number of transactions: 15% more than in the same period in 2023, 80% of which were linked to buying and selling processes. Also noteworthy was the increase in the volume transacted by Keller Williams Portugal, up 27%, and the credit intermediation business, which grew by 72%.
“We knew what we wanted for 2024 and so we prepared ourselves – we analyzed scenarios, outlined strategies, delivered more than 60 training initiatives and united around one of our biggest goals: to continue growing our consultants’ business. The figures speak for themselves and have given us our best semester ever. We proudly exceeded 30 million euros in turnover and grew by 17% compared to 2023,” says Marco Tairum, CEO of Keller Williams Portugal.
