Turnover of more than 30 million leads Keller Williams to set a new record in Portugal

In announcing its results for the first half of the year, the brokerage network said it was the best half-year ever since it arrived in Portugal, with a 17% increase in turnover compared to the first half of 2023.

Keller Williams reveals that it ended the first half of 2024 with a new turnover record: more than 30 million euros in just six months, equivalent to a 17% increase on the same period last year.

The first half of 2024 also saw an increase in the number of transactions: 15% more than in the same period in 2023, 80% of which were linked to buying and selling processes. Also noteworthy was the increase in the volume transacted by Keller Williams Portugal, up 27%, and the credit intermediation business, which grew by 72%.

For Marco Tairum, CEO of Keller Williams Portugal, these results are the result of the team’s collective effort and ability to anticipate. We knew what we wanted for 2024 and so we prepared ourselves – we analyzed scenarios, outlined strategies, delivered more than 60 training initiatives and united around one of our biggest goals: to continue to grow our Consultants’ business. The figures speak for themselves and have given us our best semester ever. We proudly surpassed 30 million euros in turnover and grew by 17% compared to 2023.”

The final results for the first half of the year also benefited all the associates who are part of Keller Williams’ income distribution program – Growth Share – a group to whom the company gave more than half a million euros in just six months.
