Considered the largest training and networking event in Portugal, the Keller Williams Family Reunion once again focuses on the consultant. Between March 20 and 22, at Herdade dos Salgados, in Albufeira, the priority will be the development and growth of consultants’ businesses, who will be offered experiences, masterclasses and sharing that will enable them to boost and leverage their businesses, their careers and their lives.
n
From practical issues, such as lead generation or database management, to training related to mindset, leadership models or the implementation of new technologies, everything will be made available to the more than 600 registered members.

“The numbers speak for themselves – those who attend our Family Reunion become more productive: those who have attended this event in the past have increased their annual turnover by an average of 170%, grown significantly in the number of transactions (an average of 11) and increased the average ticket of their transactions (around €80K more). From the interviews we’ve made available to the lectures and our famous masterclasses, everyone has boosted this growth. This year will be no exception,” says Marco Tairum, CEO of Keller Williams Portugal.

As in previous years, and as is the practice in other territories, March 22 was reserved for the Inspirational Morning, a space for sharing internal stories of inspiration and overcoming, as well as the recognition of new Keller Williams Portugal culture ambassadors. “This is one of the most eagerly awaited moments of our convention. It is part of our culture and values to help us become better, not only as a company, but also as individuals. On the Inspirational Morning on the 22nd, there will be stories and sharing that will allow us to foster this growth,” concludes the CEO of Keller Williams Portugal.
