Keller Williams Portugal’s turnover grew by 18% to 14.3 million euros in the first three months of the year in year-on-year terms, with March standing out as the company’s best month ever.

In a statement, the real estate consultancy also points to the 14% year-on-year growth in the number of transactions in the first three months of the year. “80% of these transactions were linked to buying and selling processes,” it said.

Marco Tairum, CEO of Keller Williams Portugal, looks ahead to 2024 as “a challenging year”. “We closed 2023 aware of the challenges of the market and with the notion that we must continue to work hard to keep growing above the market. It was therefore with added satisfaction that we received the results of the first quarter,” he said, quoted in the press release.

In the same note, the company points out that March this year was “Keller Williams’ best month ever in Portugal”. In addition to the increase in turnover in the period under review, the company also reported an increase in acquisitions, both in number and value, as well as a 40% rise in the volume of business in credit intermediation.

Keller Williams’ business model is based on meticulous preparation and a commitment to tried and tested models and systems, which is why the fruits we are reaping today are the result of years of training, technological improvement and monitoring,” he said.

Last last year, the training company coaching and technology company specializing in the real estate brokerage sector made a turnover of 56 million last year, repeating the figures for 2022, but registering a 20% increase in the number of sales.
