Our DOFI (Director of First Impressions) is the first smile you get when you enter our Market Center. Raquel is important to the harmony of our place and we tried to understand more.
Being a DOFI at KW is a challenge on many levels.
On the one hand, we have commitment, dedication to the job and the company, always looking to provide better service and at the same time contribute to the growth and success of the organization. On the other hand, creating a positive and professional atmosphere, which will have a direct impact on the satisfaction of visitors and clients who are nothing more than our consultants.
DOFI’s functions and capabilities at KW go far beyond shop-front administration and consultant service. Knowledge of the company’s internal workings is essential for tasks such as recruitment, but so is the ability to deliver training through knowledge of KW’s models, which allows us to get to know the consultants’ business and often help find solutions to their day-to-day challenges.
From my experience of 6 years, it is gratifying to reach the end of the day and know that I have contributed in some way to the success of many businesses and many lives!
