According to the company’s figures, in 2023, the year of the global downturn in the sector, Keller Williams maintained the turnover achieved in 2022 – 56 million euros – and recorded a 20% increase in the number of fundraisers.<\/p>\n

The training, coaching<\/em> and technology company Keller Williams Portugal<\/strong> was in the spotlight at the KW USA Family Reunion, the group’s global event held in Las Vegas, rising to first place in strategic categories such as “Turnover, Transactions and Growth in the number of consultants”.<\/p>\n

“<\/em>In a challenging year, in contrast to the market, we managed to maintain the turnover of 2022 and grow 20% in the number of acquisitions,” says Marco Tairum, CEO of Keller Williams Portugal”, stressing: “The commitment to people and their value, the anticipatory work and the investment in technological improvement paid off and allowed us to win four important awards: Region CGI – Billing, Region Close Units – Transactions; Region Growth Share – (re) Distribution through the Growth Share program and Region Agent Growth – Growth in the number of consultants”.<\/p>\n

According to the company’s figures, in 2023, the year of the global downturn in the sector, Keller Williams maintained the turnover achieved in 2022 – 56 million euros – and recorded a 20% increase in the number of acquisitions. Five of the network’s 30 market centers<\/em> closed the year above three million euros. The Growth Share program, implemented in 2014, also distributed one million euros last year. Over the last decade, the program has distributed a total of 5.2 million euros in our country, two of which in the last two years. <\/p>\n

It should also be noted that December 2023 was the best month ever for KW Portugal and, over the last quarter of the same year, it recorded a 4% increase in turnover compared to the same period last year.<\/p>\n

All in all, Keller Williams Portugal points out, this performance translates into growth at a rate six times higher than the market over the last five years.<\/p>\n

The KW USA Family Reunion is a world reference in the real estate and training sector. This year’s event was attended by more than 17,000 members and top speakers from the sector such as Tony Robbins, Mel Robbins and Gary Keller. <\/p>\n
