Keller Williams’ high performance coaching division arrives in Portugal. And it brings one of the most prestigious personal development programs in the world <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

MAPS Coaching is the division responsible for the high performance coaching and personal development of the top real estate consultants associated with the Keller Williams network. <\/strong>In a worldwide expansion phase, it has arrived in Portugal through Keller Williams Portugal, led by Jo\u00e3o Paleta in a territorial franchise format.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Founded in 1994 by Gary Keller, MAPS Coaching currently has more than 250 MAPS Coaches and BOLD Coaches in the United States alone.<\/p>\n\n

Led by Jo\u00e3o Paleta, in Portugal this operation will be responsible for the Breakthrough and Mastery Coaching programs for Top Real Estate Producers, numerous thematic Group Coaching programs and the BOLD program, one of the most prestigious personal development programs in the world.<\/p>\n\n

“There are two main aspects to MAPS Coaching: coaching (individual or group) and BOLD. BOLD was even the first tool we imported. Launched in 2009 in the United States, it was designed to work on the mindset of consultants. Five years later, KW was the market leader. In Portugal, we believe we are experiencing a similar moment – we have just come out of the first major cycle reversal since the last crisis – with the pandemic there was a first period of decline, followed by a huge acceleration, giving mediation its best years in 2021 and 2022. Last year was marked by the biggest decrease in real estate transactions since 2014, but we were able to maintain our turnover. As a result, we believe that the conditions are in place to add the full value proposition of MAPS Coaching,” explains Marco Tairum, CEO of Keller Williams Portugal.<\/p>\n\n

Globally, the BOLD program has more than 150,000 students. In Portugal, it was launched in 2017, also by Jo\u00e3o Paleta. The BOLD program comprises seven weeks of transformation “aimed at boosting results, increasing productivity and creating habits of thought and action geared towards success”. <\/p>\n\n

Also included in the MAPS division, the Breakthrough and Mastery Coaching programs aim to raise the productivity and performance levels of consultants. They use unique methodologies and company-specific models. <\/p>\n\n

For more than two decades in the real estate sector, Jo\u00e3o Paleta was the first BOLD Coach outside the United States and Canada. With a degree in Business Management, he has a vast curriculum of training in topics related to Sales, Leadership, Coaching and Communication. <\/p>\n\n
